  DICE signifie Discrete Integrated Circuit Emulator, il émule donc des circuits logiques sans aucun processeur. Parmi ces machines, se trouvent les premières bornes d'arcade à la manière de Pong. Cette deuxième édition supporte maintenant 3 jeux. Alors pour lancer l'émulateur, il faudra utiliser le nouveau format en ligne de commande : dice nom_du_jeu options où nom_du_jeu est le nom du jeu parmi les 3 suivants : pong, rebound, ou gotcha. - 2 Nouveaux jeux supportés : 'Atari Rebound' et 'Atari Gotcha' (pilote érit par Dan Boris). - Support préliminaire du son. - optimisation : Pong tourne environ 30% plus vite que la précédente version. - Mode plein écran : ajout d'une option en ligne de commande -fullscreen pour mettre en jeu en plein écran. - Support de la souris : ajout d'une option en ligne de commande -mouse pour que le joueur 1 utilise la souris.
