Our client will provide Project Management for the on-going Construction activities on-site, Programme / Development Management and Assist the Client to establish Facility Management Organization to handle the development upon completion of the Construction activities.

• Overall project management including client relationship, vendor management and managing the project Schedule, Budget, Quality and Project Implementation.
• Strategic Management of Human Resources
• Effective financial management including project payments and invoicing; project receivables and billings
• Aggressive contribution as a key person to provide project management consultation and training to junior staff members
